At Hampton’s Harvest Farm, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products and our local pickup model, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair, clear, and aligned with food safety standards.
1. All Sales Are Final (Perishable Goods)
Because we sell perishable items (including food, produce, and farm goods), all sales are generally final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been picked up.
2. Order Issues (Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items)
If there is an issue with your order, we will make it right.
Please inspect your order at the time of pickup. If you experience any of the following:
- Incorrect items
- Missing items
- Damaged or poor-quality products
You must notify us at the time of pickup or within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We may offer, at our discretion:
- A replacement (if available)
- Store credit
- A refund
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of verified issues:
- Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy, prepared foods)
- Custom or special orders
- Items purchased on sale or promotion
- Gift cards
4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before fulfillment or pickup preparation begins.
Once your order has been prepared or is ready for pickup, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as products are reserved and/or prepared specifically for your order.
5. Refunds (If Approved)
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically occurs within 5–10 business days
- Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
6. SNAP/EBT Transactions
For orders placed using SNAP/EBT:
- Refunds must comply with applicable program regulations
- Eligible refunds may be returned to the EBT account when required
- Certain items may not be refundable under SNAP guidelines
