6. Pickup, Delivery, and Order Fulfillment
Customers are responsible for selecting accurate pickup or delivery information during checkout.
While we strive to fulfill all orders accurately and on time:
- Pickup and delivery windows are estimates only
- Delays may occur due to weather, inventory, staffing, agricultural conditions, or carrier issues
- Customers are responsible for reviewing orders upon receipt
For food safety reasons, perishable items left unclaimed for extended periods may not qualify for refunds or replacements.
7. Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of fresh food, dairy, produce, baked goods, and perishable products:
- All food sales are generally final
- Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion for damaged, incorrect, or defective items
- Claims regarding missing or damaged products should be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order
Non-perishable merchandise may be eligible for return if unused and returned in original condition within 14 days of purchase.
