This is Tall Cat’s special signature blend of three organic coffees. They were chosen for their complimentary qualities, rich and smooth with notes of deep caramel that pop with a slightly longer, deeper roast.
This organic coffee is Columbia’s top grade coffee known as ‘supremo’. This incredibly smooth coffee has notes of brown sugar, cocoa, and raisin, with a subtle vanilla aroma. A well balanced, rich, medium roast.
This organic coffee is grown in the Biloya region by a cooperative of small family farmers. The coffee is planted with other crops in order to organically enrich the soil and provide shade. It is then sun dried using a natural process. A medium roast brings out the pleasant acidity and pronounced notes of chocolate covered cherries.
Medium intensity with amazing balance and body. The aroma and flavor notes include chocolate, vanilla, and roasted nuts. A medium roast highlights its chocolaty notes without compromising the balance of bitter-sweet.
Grown at high altitudes In the rich, volcanic, sandy soil by small scale farmers on the slopes of mount Kenya, twiga aa has a smooth body, balanced acidity, and delicate dark tropical fruit flavors with a heavy sweetness on the palate. Intensely juicy with notes of citrus and wine.
Grown on the Indonesian Island of Sumatra, Mandheling is known for its full body and rich, complex flavor in the cup. Flavor notes include cedar, herbs, and berries. A Medium to slightly dark roast pulls out its sweet and earthy qualities.
This Brazilian decaf is truly unique with intense milk and dark chocolate, toasted nuts, and sour cherry notes. A medium/dark roast gives it full body in the cup.
Java coffee is a unique variety of coffee that is grown on the Indonesian island of Java usually at high altitudes. It has a distinctive flavor that sets it apart from other coffee varieties. The flavor profile has a mild to moderate acidity, yet is balanced by generous notes of malty sweetness and earthy undertones. It’s a fairly rich body, though lighter than some other Indonesian coffees and less acidic.
This is an organic, light, coffee with sweet, bright notes of cherry and caramel. It is grown at high altitudes to produce a more vibrant flavor than coffees grown at lower altitudes. It is then hand sorted using a labor intensive process to ensure a quality cup. Very easy on the palate with a nice, soft finish.
Sourced from a cooperative of organic very small farms in the highlands of Peru. This particular coffee has an enticing sweet herbal flavor and nutty undertone with hints of caramel. A medium bodied, smooth and mellow cup.
